Northland CeraGrip lagging is a specially designed strip made from wear resistant ceramic tiles embedded in rubber. Lagging of the conveyor is essential to improve conveyor belt performance. The use of lagging reduces belt slippage, increases friction between conveyor belts and pulleys and also improves belt tracking

The product incorporates square ceramic tiles with unique dimples/circular nubs which help in proper grip of the belt under wet, muddy conditions. Northland CeraGriphas a patterned surface specifically designed to increase the friction between the drive pulley and conveyor belt. The ceramic lagging also has a grooved profile for water drainage.
